          Licensed Professional Counselor (In Training)

Amanda is a Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor (In-Training) who believes that creativity provides a vital bridge to healing when words are not enough. Her practice is grounded in the Expressive Therapies Continuum (ETC), a framework that honors the sensory, perceptual, and symbolic ways individuals process information and experience.

By integrating Sand Tray, child-centered therapy, and non-directive play, Amanda creates a safe, non-judgmental environment where internal patterns can be seen, felt, and transformed. Amanda specializes in supporting children and adolescents who have navigated trauma or face barriers to school success, utilizing a neurodiverse-informed lens.

Beyond her work with youth, she facilitates expressive growth for clients across the lifespan, from community-based art studios to individualized clinical sessions. Amanda approaches therapy as a collaborative journey, harnessing each client’s inherent creative spark to navigate life’s complexities and discover unexpected moments of joy.

At Kaleidoscope Therapies, her work remains rooted in the belief that the process of creation is a powerful catalyst for self-discovery and lasting emotional regulation.
